Steven PayPAL Potential PayPal scammer

I asked who was calling, and he refused to tell me. It is a service I acccepted 2 - 3 years ago, and used the service. It was to clean my computer remotely. I called to cancel the service, and could not get a straight answer from him. I know it was the same person I spoke with on previous occasions, but I still never got any information from him. I think this is a scam and hope they canceled my "account" as I asked.
