Each and every single number that is used (along with this number) for scam/defrauding purposes can be stopped. I will stepbystep for those who get calls or texts on their smartphones. If applicable, send the harassing number that called or texted you a text simply stating *stop*. Turn that text into a group text, adding 7726 (spam reporting) to the group. This will include record of the scam number calling/texting you and your record of response that they stop contact. Follow the following prompts from 7726(spam reporting). Spam reporting typically thanks you for reporting, then spam reporting asks for the offending number, respond to that prompt with the offending number. Spam reporting will close out your text report by informing you by text that your report log is being reported to those who investigate call/text fraud through whatever your respective service provider is. When made into a group text, using this ****od, not only are you informing spam reporting, you've also just informed the offending number (if it can receive texts, but not calls- if the number is *disconnected* upon a callback, its more than likely a s**** app at use) that they've been reported. The human scammer on that end now knows. If you can text an offending number and do not get kicked back a reject text informing you it is a land line, then it received the text you sent them, no doubt. Many numbers have stopped contacting me because I've used that exact ****od. There are call logs on each end, so there is no deniability from the reports made to 7726 or from the scam caller.

Romana I get many unsolicited calls, and usually I just erase them. This number called me twice today, only one ring and went straight for the voice mail, so I did not even have the opportunity to answer. Then there was nothing in the voice mail, only several seconds of quiet. No real communication. My phone is mobile.

Mary Guy was saying that he got info that my computer was infected and he could fix it. I said no my computer is fine. He kept trying to tell me you have to give me info on your computer. Then I told him my husband was a Computer Expert he ***g up. I knew it was a scam.. Dont trust them..

Anonymous This number is calling an average of 1-3 times per day. No messages left. I called back from a blocked number, and the person on the line just said, 'hello, you just received a call from us?' I ***g up, as I had no idea who they were and they just kept asking me the same thing without information.

Laura This number called me and said I had a lawsuit pending for some payday cash loan I never took out. I have never had a cash advance loan from anyone, and they say the parent company "Cash Advance" is suing me for $375 I supposedly borrowed from one of their subsidiaries whose name they would not give me. When I tried to explain to the man that I did not know what he meant, he got belligerent and told me he would see me behind bars!

I received a phone call from this number today, June 17th about noon.  I don't usually answer phone numbers I don't recognize, and especially ones that are from out of town.  So, they decided to lave a voice mail and what I ended up with was 57 seconds of some towel head being a totally a** hole.  included were the phrases "I want you to call me back the second you get this *****ge" and "there are some very serious charges being levied a***nst you"  Made me want to reach right through the phone and knock the desert niger off his camel.  I am sure I am not in trouble it just sounded like an intimidation tactic.  What a *****!!!!

I got a call from a Sandra Davis King from the Dept. of Law Investigation from Washington D.C.  It sounded like a man with a very heavy accent from the MiddleEast.  He had my husbands SS# and said that he was in very serious trouble because he had not paid a loan and that he was very disappointed in me and my husband to think we would have such a loan out. He was representing CashNet. We paid that loan off a while back and so I know I don't owe anything. I ***g up on him and he left a message saying he would have to add criminal charges because we angered him by ****ing up and not taking his call when he tried to call back.  I know this is a scam. I am worried because he has all our personal information.

I recieved this call today May 2nd, 2011 at 11am my time. about wanting to talk to my 6yrs old daughter??.. i said this is her mother and why are u calling for my 6yrs old,,, they told me is regarding a lawsuit a***nts her name..but she is little to have a lawsuit,, i guess her iden***y has been stolen and it has been a loan taken out of her name and ssn and that she hasnt been paying.. she dont have bank accounts or neither do i. I called my lawyers and they are going to investigate this.. the person who called has a heavy accent and counldnt understand him very well. Please becarefull ....

He is a romance scammer with faked pictures who send you lots of poems and just wants to get your money at least.Actually he uses the name Derick Watson
