I can confirm that this is a legitimate phone number... they called me when I was abroad to check whether 5 transactions made with my card were done by me or not... it is a totally automated service.I have  an account with AbbeyHope this helps.

Thankyou for leaving your comments! I just recieved a call from this number claiming to be an automated service for Santander regarding "fraudulent activity" with my account. The frightening thing was that they resembled actual transactions on my account. Hmmmmmm

Looks like they are the ones trying to defraud me.Got a call from them. it was an automatic voice saying they were from the fraud department of Santander. And that they had a message for "**x" the name wasn't mine and I could hardly hear what name they mentioned. Also, I am not with Santander or any of their subsidiaries. It all looks dodgy to me.

Keep getting calls from this number purporting to be a bank fraud department - Who are they????

I just got a call from this number, I didn't answer because I thought it looked su****ious and having checked it looks like it was from Vietnam
