Any UK residents here should note that +8***5***00 or in UK format 0845 55***00 is a UK based compensation solicitors called Portal Claims. They use the above number to cold call pre-recorded messages regarding PPI insurance. For some reason the 0 gets replaced with a + making it look like Vietnam is calling.Hope this helps.Ricky

I replied to the call and got what can only be described as Mao Tse Tung on the other end. I****umed the + was a 0 but it isn't, the + should be replaced with 00 which is the code to get you out of UK, then 84 is the country code for Vietnam... Probably someone complaining about the whole North/South Korea situation...

this number has been trying to contact me for over a month now - when you try to return the call (for your own curiosity) it's non connectable - best thing to do is avoid the call as a reverse charged call can only be charged once the bill payer accepts the charges and if connected to the voicemail it would be rejected. I've contacted T-Mobile and they can block the number - but check this !!!! - YOU HAVE TO PAY FOR THE SERVICE !!! MADNESS !!! YOU'RE BEING HARRASSED YET YOU HAVE TO PAY TO STOP IT !!!!! Should i find out - I'LL BE BACK !!!!!

I've been getting about 2 calls per day for the last week now! cant seem to find who the caller is, did a google search and it came up with so****ing about reversed charges and USA??? Going to try and get it blocked.
