i was told that my social security number had been reported and flagged for fraudulent activity.

No other reason I would be receiving a call from the number and organization.

Might be for real, but if not, report them to the do not call complaint line if you are signed up as a person to not be called. Note: some calls are legal even if you are on that list. Surveys, if legitimate, are ok.

Called every day, I didn't pick it up and no messages left.

This person has been calling me 3 or 4 times a day I am going to call my service pervader to block her!
