Bone Rogers number calls every once in awhile but only rings for a few seconds. Try to call back, always get a busy tone.

Call was from someone who wanted to do a survey. When asked where they got the number, she stated it was a random dial. I told her I was on the "Do Not Call List" to which she replied, it did not pertain to her as it was a random dial. I requested never to be contacted a***n.
