caller ID says Verizon. called me, I answered. message finally came - seemed unprofessional. told me no business name but aksed me to call a 1-800 number. only gave the number once, couldn't have gotten it down if I'd wanted to. so it seems designed as a message to be left on an answering ma****e. my guess is debt collector or telemarket disguised as Verizon.
I canceled my long distance service last night and today I received 2 **** ups from 845-577-5686 Verizon - I will report them to New York State Attorney Generals office and Public Service Commission. I suggest you all do the same.
