When I heard all the other voices in the background I knew it was telemarketing or scam and ***g up

Random call not solicited

Calling for a pending matter in their office. And wanting to help prevent action

I had left a post a couple of days ago thinking this was a scam. My daughter finally called them today and it was debt collection regarding some college textbooks from 2020 that they stated were never returned. Fortunately I had the paperwork and it was resolved. So not a scam.

I got the same call today. They asked for my daughter by first & last name. She said it was about a matter pending with their firm and it was imperative that she call her back. I called and they would not discuss with me.

They said they were a law firm needing to talk to me about a matter pending with them.

Use my name, said they were calling from the Law Offices of John Ritter regarding a legal matter I had pending there and that it would be in my best interest to return the call.
