They tried to charge me $299.00 for Microsoft Office. They keep haning up on me, and when they answer they put me on hold.

Raven The message I received sounded like it was a "robo call". Says they were the IRS and threatened me and said to return their call. That's a crock and I'm not calling someone or agency I'm not familiar with. Definitely not IRS; they send correspondence through the mail and not make empty threats
