the guy identify himself as a legal representative from a law firm called roughit and for me to contact him in this legal matter of business that has been unresolved, if I don't want to have a warrant put out for me then I must return the call within 24 hours then when you play back the message it says the same thing except if you would like to lower your cc debt then you must stay on the line and push one to talk with a rep.  This is a bogus collection agency.845-678-1267

This is a "law firm" undoubtedly a collection agency. This number wont be on your caller ID though, you must have gotten it as a message to call regarding a "pressing legal matter".  You can safely ignore this message and I highly recommend setting your phone to not accept unknown callers, and if they are calling your cell phone, get a program installed that is called advasnced call manager.
