got home from doctors office and had a message from a james adler that said i have been commiting criminal offences and if i wasnt in new york court today by 4 oclock i would go to jail for 90 days. I dont commit criminal offences and dont live in new york, I live in tennessee

he called and said his name was James Adler and he was an attorney, but wouldnt say what office he was from. Toldm e it was urgent he speaks with me (I didnt tell him I was who he was looking for,cuz I dont owe anyone) and when he said he was someone other then the name on the caller ID, i got skeptical whom he was

these people are insane and a rip off scheme...tell them you know they are and tell them legally they are not allowed to continue to call if you ask them to stop.

Got a call from this Adler person saying he is from the attornies office, seems strange to me that he doesn't say who they are only a legal matter. The call is for my daughter who hasn't lived here for over two years. I have found out it doesn't do any good to tell them that because they won't beleive you and continue to call.

I got the same message but he had my last name as my old last name that I have not had in over 6 years.  I also dont live anywhere close to NY

Got home and had a message saying that I needed to call Mr Adler back and have my lawyer call him in regards to a pending legal matter in New York... what the heck would I have going on in New York.... I don't even live close to New York...
