I got a call from Lisa Murphy back in may and i sent them a total of 200.00 by money gram to new city new york, due to being unemployed and on a fixed income couldn't send payments as agreed, i was threatned with police, jail, child protective services, they said the freedom of information act and that i ear out all the time and my husband gives me money......so i finally said half of the checks were included in ***nruptcy and the ones with my husband he wrote them and i am sick of the nasty phone calls and they call from unknown number and no address. according to the BBB they are scam 100% and there are numerous compaints from various consumers... i need help. said i have 54 bounce checks since 2001. calls from 845-678-1278

Spoke to a Steve Tucker at this number today- inconsiderate man was very rude and wouldn't let me finish a sentence.  I asked him to quit interrupting me without any luck....agent said he will turn this over to court of law on Friday.  I asked to speak to someone else and he became very angry- saying this is not a personal matter.  He wants money order sent to him, but I told him I need to check my records before I send money off to anyone because you never know about people these days.  He then became more angry- I explained to him that I have my daughter in the car and not to disrespect me like that, as is is very unprofessional...I also told him that I will check my records and would have to get back to him...he then said that he will sign papers today to see that I get this taken care of in a court of law- we will see what happens- according to alot of websites, it seems that this is a scam 100%!

The person that is on the phone is very rude and insulting.  I also asked for verification and was told no.  Why can't you have verification if everything is legal?  Not sure what is going on with this "firm" but very unprofessional!

My ex-husband got a call today from a Steve Tucker at this number. Telling him he owed money for bad checks (which he did have) and that he needed to send them 903.00. So I called, message ma****e picked up formal message no law firm. Then he called me back. We ended up talking for 30 minutes and I began crying. He was so frustrating he was making extremely rude comments about my ex being high and ***** and threw away the notices that they sent and then he called him a coward for not taking 10 minutes from work to call him back. I told him that his job was not a ******logist but to take information, so he needed to take my answer and that was it. He told me that it was not in place to tell him what his job was and he just kept rambling on and on. I told him that my ex was not going to have the money by the 15th and to turn it into the attorney. He said I can't believe he would choose this, if I was him I would be knocking on doors doing what I could to get the money. Anyway, it was definately not professional and it made me really upset. I told my ex to go talk to his PO tom. and find out if there are any checks a***nst him and not to send the guy any money until they sent him verifying information. Which when I was talking to the guy I asked him to send information before we would do anything, and he told me that he was not obligated to do that. It is so frustrating, for people to call like that and make you so upset over so****ing that might be a scam.
