Possible scammer. Message simply asks for yes or no answer to a question. Possibly to get a recording of “yes”.

Ben Franklin Unsolicited call, no one on the other end when I picked up, the person then ***g up on me. I researched the company and they are doing survey. My answer is this company, with rude personnel, should not be in business.

Yea, My bill is past due and I got a call from that number.  Didn't pick up but it makes sense.
