Very Annoying!This number just tried to get me too. I just got a call on my cell phone from a woman with a strong indian accent saying I was being sued by a payday loan company (which I have never done business with). She was trying to get me to say that I would settle outside of court for $500. She knew the names of two former co-workers and said that they were "references" on the note.

I don’t have to call and write a cease and desist letter to stop collections if it is not my debt. I have been in legal collections for 14 years and if it is not my debt then they have the wrong person. And if the calls don’t stop we will file harassment on the NorthS**** Group..
