Market surveys, calls persistently, annoying

Had two calls come in back to back from this number.  Came in on my work phone.  I do not recognize this and there were no messages left!!

They keep calling to a wrong number asking for a person who does not live there even though they are told that the person does not live at that number.

Very su****ious call from what eventually turned out to be a collection agency.  The caller was harrasing, requested personal information and refused to elaborate on the reaason he was calling. The caller also tried to intimidate me with the notion that he (a)knew my SS#, address and phone number, and (b) if I didn't provide information he was going to somehow make my life worse.The bottom line was that he had the wrong person and certainly the wrong at***ude.
