I answered an add for caregiving on Care.Com The "daughter's name was Courtney. We had only communicated via text. They asked for a picture. Then a copy of my identification and banking information. When I asked them to call me to discuss care for "her mother" I received a response of "I will try later when get home." No one, would want care for a loved one without even speaking to "would be care provider" So I entered the # into verified and they couldn't find ANYTHING on the #. So, it's definitely a S**** number. I will contacting Care.com next. Be caref

Got a call today, no one on the line

I received a call from 847-440-9284, I usually don't answer these calls, but I am applying for jobs so I called back to see who it was, they said I ordered so****ing, but I didn't.

I have been receiving calls from this number sometimes twice a day.  They never leave a message, and when I call back, there's only a general message not saying who they are.  So, finally today I answered.  I'm pretty sure she said it was the American Foundation for Disabled Children.  She thanked me for my support in the past and wanted to know if they could count on me for another donation.  I said I don't think I have ever donated to them, and she said so****ing about my donating to a ****** cancer organization.  Well, I don't remember doing that either... in fact, it's unlikely.  I just asked her to remove me from the list, and she said no problem.  I know that these organizations exist, and for very good causes, but what is difficult for me to take is that if you give to ONE, they then sell your number to all these others and so on and so on.  It's not honest, and it kind of makes me want to not donate to any charity anymore, unless I do it anonymously.

I get calls from this number daily. Sometimes **** ups and other times they claim to be raising funds for the police or Sheriff Dept.
