I received the same thing and the only numbers showing up were 3133. This is definetly a scam. Called Chase and they have No record of an account in my name or anything. Do not give them your social security number

I recieved a call from what i am certain to be the same number, except the only portion that showed up on my phone was 3133. It was only a recording of a woman saying that my account with chase had been frozen for secuirty purposes and that if i would like to reactivate my account please press one... a little confused, knowing that i do not have a chase card, i pressed 1 thinking that i would reach a person and that i could get this mix up taken care of. Instead i received another recorder asking me to enter my social secuirty number... that was not about to happen. I ***g up. I attempted to call back the mysterious 3133 and of course i was told that the number was invalid and that i needed an area code. I then found this message board. I have also called chase bank where of course i reach too people with Indian accents so difficult to understand, I am certain that neither of the two understood what i was trying to explain nor where they all that concerned that someone is trying to scam people using their name.

constant calls from this number. at first I used to not answer but noticed they were calling me more than 3x a day, so I decided to answer today. they said they were from Chase and I explain that I had already spoken to Chase and even sent a letter but before I could finish they ***g up. I called the number back a recording "the person you have called is unavailable right now, please try your call later".  No credit card company has a message like that.

won't stop calling me; how do we get it to stop?  keeps calling nonstop.

/constant calls from this number.  I have repeatdly called them back and requested for them not to call.  They identify themselves as affiliated with Chase bank.  I do not have any outstanding bills or owe any money to chase.  When you call they immediately ask for an account number or ssn. /they get real up tight when I don't give it and even more upset when I tell them I am recording the call just like they are.  /they told me I have to put in writing not to be contacted to get them to stop calling.  /this is unbelievable.  Maybe these banks should take the 700 billion dollars they are getting from the govt. and put it to better use then paying out of country telemarketers to harrass people.  I get several calls a day, I got 3 calls after making 3 calls asking them to stop.
