The Do Not Call list doesn't apply when you already have a relationship with the caller or the company they represent.  It applies only to cold calling as with Telemarketers.

they call at least 3 times a day frequently waking me up. I have told them they do not have authorization to call this number and to stop but they have not stopped calling.

I forgot to mention this.  I registered my number with the do not call thing and since then I've received calls from Discovery and others that hadn't called before that.  Could DoNotCall be giving these numbers out?? So****ing to think about, yeah?

I just got a call id'd as Chase Bank, which is my bank, but gut feeling was do not answer and to google the number.  Here I am.  I'm hammered all day and evening by Capitol One and other numbers that leave no name. This ****s, weekends don't matter to these people, nor do early mornings.

Chase Bank. No question about it. I'm several mos behind on my pymts with no work so I avoid them. They are all criminals as fas as I'm concerned & like another said, they got bailed out but those they reamed continue to get it. Esp in California. They're gonna hafta write this one off. My credit is already ****.

Received a phone call from this number. The caller left no voice message.
