I see from the comments below, I'm not the only one receiving these calls plus from 224-255-3627. If anyone else out there is getting calls from both of these phone number, I got a fix. Call 866-246-7196 to give the caller's phone number (these 2 phone numbers are on their list) and the receiving phone number to add to the do not call list. It'll take a day or two to process but it works to stop the calls.

Called cell phone twice in 2 days. No recourse for spammers calling cells, do not call listees.

Called twice today within a 2 hour period. No message. Caller ID name was Electric Dept. Also used #847-592-8835. Ugh.
