This phone # is****ociated with a Community Development Block Grant scam. Person is using the name Clifford Greg and trying to get elderly people to give them their information. They duplicate friends facebook profiles and s**** messaging about how much money they received through the program. Then they send a link and will only communicate through fb messenger or text.
