This number was in a phishing email supposedly from PayPal in California. The area code is in Florida

I received an email which was a $489.85 bill for Norton life lock and said Thanks you for using 'Norton-Lifelock' premium service. Your personal subscription with Norton-Lifelock will expire today. The subscription will be auto renewed. Please review your order history below.

Called me at 9:27A,12:01P,12:35P12,53P, and 1:17P. It is a long distance number made to look local. On call back “you have dialed a number that is no longer in service.” These are computer call generated, and are fraud/scam iden***y theft type calls.

Received text message with multimedia attached. Did not open because number is unknown

I received a call saying that I should call back to receive a $299.99 refund. No company name given. Supposedly for some computer servicing. I am very skeptical.
