850-478-7852Answered.  One day offer for lower interest rates.Selected "1".  "Card Services"When person answered, I stated in FURY that my number is on Do Not Call list.  Person ***g up immediately.Aren't there penalties for violating Do Not Call?If not, what is the purpose of registering for Do Not Call, if it's the illegal/unethical companies that violate it??

I don't know anyone in/near Pensacola, so I didn't answer.  They rang so long, they turned on my answering ma****e, the beep of which I could hear in the next room.  (No message.)I'm already on the federal 'Do Not Call' list, but if they are s****ing numbers, how does one report them?
