No voice mail and no ID

Had a thick Indian accent, said that they were emailing me a do***ent ***led 2020 ERP and rattled off some email address with my name in it. I explained that I will not open an attachment from an unknown person, all she could do was re-explain that she was sending me the do***ent, but no explanation to what the do***ent was or what it was for, just that I needed to open it.
