Leave a CommentCalled several times and an automated message on my cell voicemail. I called back to see what they wanted. Said it was for an unpaid payday loan. I asked for the company name and the guy said that it isn't a company that he was an arbitrator. When I asked to send me paperwork for the case number he said I have he got really rude on the phone. He even lied and said he talked to me before and I set up a payment arrangement!!! I don't know what is going on here. When I asked for more information he said that I was being non compliant. I told him I have every right to ask questions and get copies of any paperwork. This is ridiculous!!!!
This company left messages 3 times, calling themselves the 'Office of STP Group'. When I research them, they are no where to be found online. They leave these threatening messages and leave a case number that was from a different person who's from another company. What they claim was a bad check when I never wrote any checks.
This caller calls back to back and when I answer there's no one one the line how can cancel or block this is very disturbing.
