Nuisance Scam
Called several times and an automated message on my cell voicemail. I called back to see what they wanted. Said it was for an unpaid payday loan. I asked for the company name and the guy said that it isn't a company that he was an arbitrator. When I asked to send me paperwork for the case number he said I have he got really rude on the phone. He even lied and said he talked to me before and I set up a payment arrangement!!! I don't know what is going on here. When I asked for more information he said that I was being non compliant. I told him I have every right to ask questions and get copies of any paperwork. This is ridiculous!!!!
Chris They called me last week 4 times in one day on my cellphone from 855-3261497 and left a horrible message indicating I was being sued and needed to get an attorney and call back right away or go to jail. I called phone company and had number blocked from my cellphone. Now today, Thurs. Jun 27th, 9:50amPST, I get another call and answer. It was the same woman calling herself Jamie Cooper for Barry Cooper.(same people as 855-326-1497) This time she called from 855-860-0161. She wanted to leave a message and I told her that I had contacted FBI and she and Barry were in big trouble for making these rude and untrue comments.
