Susan French I have 3 on line accounts all Visa and MasterCard and he wouldn't accept any of them and ***g up on me .it came on a postcard without any ID of who sponsored the reward.only a # to call for claims
Anonymous I received a "final notice" card in the mail with a claim number to confirm my "reward" money. I called and gave my claim number, they then proceeded to ask me for my checking account information. I'm not giving anyone my information. Just seems like a scam to me.

Calling to schedule a medical home exam done every year and it was time to reschedule now I refused and ****ed up
James M Calls and lets phone ring 1.5 times so your Caller ID won't pick it up. If you call *69 it will give you the number: 855-638-4157. Once you get on their list, YOU CAN NEVER GET OFF. They call for YEARS, and several times a day.
