I received two phone calls on my cell while I was at work less than an hour apart. Each time I got a voicemail, but nothing was said. The first vm was only a few seconds long (like they ***g up) the second one was almost 3 minutes long and nothing was said, but you could hear others talking in the background. Never once was there a 'real' message. If you are going to call.....TALK

This IS a scam . I contacted TWC and they****ured me this number is NOT****ociated with TWC. They instructed me to disregard the number and noted it in my account.

This is Time Warner cable. I had been in discussions with them over an issue with my bill and they follow-up with you using this number. They want to know how you would rate the service you received from their customer support.

The caller said he was from Time Warner Cable. Due to his unprofessionalism and the su****iousness of the call, I contacted Time Warner Cable. TWC advised me that this is a common SCAM and that the number is not affiliated with TWC and that it would be forwarded to their investigations department. TWC also advised me not to give personal information to this caller and to call TWC customer service directly at ****922253 in the event that this number calls me a***n.

It was Time Warner Cable confirming my appt.

Bill collection services from Wisconsin. Called left name & company. Nothing nasty only that I had a certain time frame in which to return call.
