This was neither a telemarketer nor a text, however I am unable to c****e those questions to no. I received it in a s****ed email made to look like it came from the Vanguard fraud line.
I looked online for amazon customer service number. When I selected the phone number link, this number dialed automatically. It is a scam. They try to access your phone and debit card information by making you download apps in the AppStore.

I received two phone calls on my cell while I was at work less than an hour apart. Each time I got a voicemail, but nothing was said. The first vm was only a few seconds long (like they ***g up) the second one was almost 3 minutes long and nothing was said, but you could hear others talking in the background. Never once was there a 'real' message. If you are going to call.....TALK
