Said to call him back. No other ID or reason for call, just his first name. He left a different call back number than the one he appeared to be calling from. 855-931-0920 NO OWNER associated with that number either. He managed to get around my spam blocker.

Received snail-mail with no retur****dress, "Second Notice", "... important ... review your Medicare plan". They want my PII from my Medicare Card. No disclosure as to Who or What they are, nor any stated affiliation (like Medicare Program or Social Security). Any contact correspondence from U.S. Government is always clearly marked! Do NOT call this dishonest "benefit advisor"!
