It only said, "How are you?" Once I didn't know who it was, I blocked the number. After that, I had enough of scammers trying to scam me all the time.

Someone named Kristen is using this number to contact me on Nextdoor app to buy furniture that I listed for sale. I suspect scam or problem because they fail to respond promptly & we have not closed the deal after 9 days. Maybe we are both overly cautious!
