On August 12 I was in Lowe's in Lawnside, NJ and approached by a nicely dressed, well-spoken young black male who asked if I knew anything about cars. He said his car was broken down. He just needed $11 dollars more so he could get a hose for his radiator and get back to Stockton College. His phone was dead and he needed to make a call to his uncle and to the parts store. Like a *****, I gave it to him. Later I realized that both calls were to the same number - 856-873-2013.
