I need to know if The person from this phone number Is a scammer

I received this text: "Hi good evening Jack, quick question. At what price would you sell for? We are a local investment group interested in it. Thanks!- Nathan" I responded with a question and got no answer from "Nathan". Some type of scam, no doubt.

Don't know what it was for, but the voicemail said "...to learn more about this offer..."
