email thanking for buying an iphone asking if this is not correct to please contact them at this phone number

I was sent an email from Paypal saying that $478.00 was being charged to my account. Product name is Bitcoin. It has a phone # 1-858-367-9490 - but when I called the number was busy.

Found this number in my fiance's phone in a txt that read Do you have any plans for this afternoon so I call the number and some female answered
