I got a call on 7-26-2010, they told me my s.s.# over the phone and they read my address; and  i ask who are you guys and the guy said there is a case on me and read off an afdater over the phone ... then he proceced to say that his officers will come and arrest me on wednesday morning... Next day I reported this number to the FTC and told them they were threaning to take me too jail. also reported it to the district Attorney office.. My Attorney told me to report fraud to the credit beaur.. And i went to my bank and report it also to them just in case these guys try to steal money out of my account. my attorney said I should go to the police deapartment to file a report, well they were no help they said a crime was not commited... and I turned around and told them that a crime has been commited these guys had all of my personal info.Just to let others to beware that there are some sick people out there.. These guys are not going to last very long ... They will be stop!   So people don't be scard of them.. they are scammer and they will be stop... they mess with the wrong gal..

i was called by these people today saying i owe them money from some kind of pay day loan place.i told them i had no clue on what they were talking about.they said i owed them 8500 dollars.they said thet were going to send the police to my work and house.i s****ed cusing at them they said that this call is being moni****.i lost my cool.they said good luck to me that i was going to need it.i found out that they are in california.i have a very close friend who is a lawyer and she is going to follow up on this.this people are a scam

Just got a call from these people, the guy said he was sending the police and investigator to my work place to have me arrested.  I asked for what, and he said I took a loan out from some USA cash thing.  I told him that I have no clue what that is about, and then he claimed to be reading an affidavit to me that i owe the $8500.  No clue what is going on.  He kept saying to be ready, and when I told him I was calling the Police and that I would call him back, he got all ****y saying I was not to call him back.

This lady called my phone for first time and claims that she wants to talk to my attorney and then said good luck to you sir and good bye and that is all she said.

Got the same call. Daniel ***. Threatening with legal action regarding a payday loan. I have been harrassed by several of these different scammers. I post everytime they call. They have called my cell and my place of employment. I am turning them into all the appropriate legal authorities each time. This time they called my cell 3 times within 2 minutes. They are pushy, and rude. Don't give them any information. Big hint - they want your debit card information over the phone and will not provide any real information.

This number keeps calling my job about a cases. I don't know what cases is about.  they keeping calling my job I am at the boarder of getting fired because these people keep calling

They're calling my daughter with the same scam. Claiming she took out an internet payday loan and then faked her ***** so as not have to pay it back. Now they won't answer their phone. A google search says this number is located in La Jolla, Ca and probably belongs to a Sprint customer.  I'm going to file a complaint with Sprint and see what they say.

Hey got the same number from a "so-called" Law Group of California. Did a reverse number lookup (Intellius) and there is no information on them. They are caliming you owe a debt to a PayDay loan company called InstaCash ot InstaCash USA. They called themselves Daniel *** and Kevin Smith both with Heavy India Accents. They are taking you to court for fraud and thieft by check. They call my house and **** up very time. They call my Cell and leave threating messages always with "Please return my call.... and good luck as this matter unfolds" go figure scammers are trying anything to get money...

SCam Debt Collectors claiming you owe a Payday Loan from InstaCash USA. They have your SS#,DOB,Work Number and more to sound legit. they claim you took out a loan and did not pay it back. They claim they are taking you to court.

A few days ago I found this number on Caller ID.

Issued accusations of criminal fraud, stated that they were a legal en***y called "law group of California". stated they were representing an agency called instant cash. Threatened I would be picked up and would have to pay $5,000.00. This is uneccessary abuse of our communications system. The behavior of the callers was unprofessional, threatening and intimidating.
