Cold called me from restricted number, left voicemail leaving name and callback number. Thinking it was a possible new client I called back. Turned out he was offering a service reducing taxes for businesses, smells fishy to me. Told him I wasn't interested, he called back and texted next day. Not ready to call it spam or robocall but I am blocking number.

Wally Caller probably used VOIP to s**** a number in my local exc****e. I answered as caller ***g up. I called back to verify number. It answered on 4th ring with a single fax-tone beep. It appears the robocaller chose to s**** an existing local fax number to add credibility and still avoid supporting the number. The number is actually listed locally as 'unlisted.'
