Disconnected message when trying to call back, yet this number calls frequently.

this isn't a telemarketer or a scam. this # is for American Mobile Healthcare (travel nursing company.)  If you receive a call from them it's because you submitted an application to them. First I googled the #, and saw this website.  Then I called the # back to see what the deal was, they connected me to a recruiter, who explained that she had my application from several years ago, and wanted to help me find a new job if I was looking. (I forgot I applied to them because it was a long time ago...before I had a hubby and kids!)  I said I wasn't interested, and she asked me if I wanted to inactivate my file or should she call me in a few months.  I asked her what that means and she said that they will put my application on inactive status, and she won't call me anymore, but that I could call her anytime in the future if I wanted to c****e jobs. I said that sounded good and she hasn't called me since (this was a few weeks ago, so we'll see if I get another call from them!)  She was very nice about this...but if she calls a***n I will re-post.
