Annonymous Caller is a Debt Collection Agency from their call center in Powaya, CA. The reason it seems like no one is there is because it is a Robocall from a computer. Once you answer the call and say "Hello" or it detects background noise it records it as an answered call. If it detects and answered call it will route the call to an available agent this will take one to two minutes. So if you would like to talk to them hold on.
