Get ****-up calls frequently.  Don't know caller.  Caller ID shows San Diego  CA

No response when I answer

They call and **** up. When I call back it rings forever.

This number calls the house a lot...Looked it up on whitepages and it says unpublished LANDLINE in Lajolla CA. No one answerswhen you try to call back.  They call and usually **** up after you answer. Phone number calling is :   858-882-0282

Has called several times without leaving a message on answering ma****e. Caller ID says GH Builders--no one I've ever contacted. I see from another comment here that they appear to be telemarketing.

This is a phone dialer that is looking for active phone numbers for telemarketers.  I suspect that it is a system that is looking for phone numbers that are not disconnected which then get populated on a list for telemarketing later.  When I called the number back it rang and rang.
