Agent called 3x in a row today. Used threats such as I am going to continue to call your number until you c****e it when I told them to stop calling my number. Used extreme profanity including name-calling. Refused to advise where he was calling from or why he was calling. I asked for a superivsor, he said he is sitting right next to me. It sounded like the same person and used the same profanity,
