After some lady that could barely speak English and*****ounced my name horribly wrong , I told them to go F*** themselves and ***g up

Caller from 859-350-0882 keeps calling my cell phone, but does not leave a message. No caller ID info, but online search indicates this is another cellphone number through LEVEL 3 COMMUNICATIONS, LLC - KY and gives a location of: Salvisa, Kentucky. Other 859-350- numbers from LEVEL 3 COMMUNICATIONS, and Salvisa, KY, have been reported as 'Student Loan / Debt Restructuring' scam operators.
