Ussa is the name If I recall. And stealing social media account information and logging out users and replacing the original contact info

Bill collector for the person who had my phone number before me.

This number called my parents, saying they were from a fraud department of a bank and that I had outstanding checks and if not paid, I would be picked up by the local sherriff. Not only do I not have a account with this bank, but I do not have checks at my current bank. I only make debit card transactions. Checked my credit report also, and nothing from this banking ins***ution at all. Sounds like a scam to me.
