I got the same call, also from Brian Hern. Logged into Fidelity's website and confirmed that it IS his number. 800-544-0162, x4663. They confirmed that his call logs showed that he had just spoken to me. I had the same su****ions, but this appears to be on the up and up.

Got a call from this #.  I answered it.  Nothing on the other end.  It disconnected about the same time I was going to **** up.

Received message on answering ma****e from this number. Provided different call back number: 1-800-544-0162. Return call answered "Fidelity Investments" then continued to ask personal details to "confirm your account." Either (1) a scam OR (2) a horrendous actual business practice.

I recieved a call on my answering ma****e from this number and the womans voice stated that she was working for Fidelity and wanted to discuss registration c****es to my account.   She wants me to call 1-800-544-0162 x2951, her name is Jerry Scalley?. I called Fidelity and they do not recognize this phone number or the name.Do not give out sensitive information to a person who calls if you do not know who they are.

I received a call this afternoon on my cell from 859-486-2333. I see people commenting that it's from Fidelity, but I don't ave any accounts with Fidelity. I've had this number for over 6 years. They didn't leave a message.

I received a call from this number and they did leave a message on my answering ma****e. It was from Fidelity concerning my IRA account. I haven't returned the call as yet, but it appeared to be legit.

I recieved a call from this number and he stated that he was working for Fidelity and wanted to discuss my account.  I did not think this was strange till my daughter stated that she had a call from them also on the caller id. I checked my phone and sure enough this was the same phone number.  I could not talk for long as I was at work. He wants me to call with a follow up call @ 1-800-544-0162 x4663, his name is Hern,Bryan. I am very concerned and will call Fidelity tomorrow and ask about this situation and make sure that my account is secure.

These are rude people that sound like a bill collector when you answer the phone. They quickly ask for my husband who has money ties with fidelity ansd as soon as I tell them he's not here they quickly **** up on me. I believe they are trying to get him to invest our hard earned money to their plans so they can keep making money to afford their beautiful work setting in KY. I think they are just rude in the way theu go about it.

Incidentally, I forgot to mention in my previous comment, I tried to call the number back (859-486-2333), and got the telephone company recording, "The number you have reached is not in service".

I got a call from 859-486-2333 and since I didn't recognize the number (it displayed Unknown Name), I didn't answer it. My answering ma****e picked up,but, no message was left. I suspect the call was made to my cell phone, but, to save the battery, I forward calls to my home phone.

Got a call from 859-486-2333 on my cell phone at 10:40 am Central Time. A woman asked for me and said she was Fidelity Investments, a company with whom I do business. I asked why she was calling me on my cell phone and she said this was one of the numbers they had for me. I told her to call my home phone. She asked,"To leave a message?"   I said no I would talk to her. She asked if -------- was my phone number and I said yes. She said okay and I ***g up. She never called.
