Consistently text messages my daughter's cell phone with explicit and inappropriate ***ual content. Then asks "Who is this?" after the fact. The messages in question are disturbing to my daughter, and seem highly inappropriate for the sender whom is unsure "who it is" they are messaging.
IF it is Fidelity calling, just let them know you would prefer not to be called a***n in the future. They have the ability to mark this on your account information.

I got the same call, also from Brian Hern. Logged into Fidelity's website and confirmed that it IS his number. 800-544-0162, x4663. They confirmed that his call logs showed that he had just spoken to me. I had the same su****ions, but this appears to be on the up and up.
