Asking for money

I have received a call from this phone number twice in the past week, both times the caller claiming to be a Special Agent with the DCSA (Defense Counterintelligence Security Agency). The caller's voice was ****led and I could not understand what he wanted. I have checked with my employers to ascertain they were not conducting background checks, and then have reported this number to the FTC.

Called left no message

bill collector for unknown co. keeps calling for person i dont know. told them wrong number and they still call!!! how can i stop these fools??
