They called and left a scratch sound on my voicemail and no one even talked to leave a message

called my house and the voicemail message wasn't clear-it was all scratchy and only about 5 sec long

859-824-5367 Called. When i answered a female voice said "Goodbye" and ***g up. I have traced this number to Cincinnati Bell, Inc. in Dry Ridge, KY but I am told that this is not one of Cincinnati Bell's numbers. Good luck trying to stop this type of calls.
