I have received 15 calls from this number since the beginning of March. They never leave a message. It is not a number I recognize so I don't answer it. They start early, before 8:30 AM and call several a day.

I got a lady with a heavy accent asking for somebody with a different last name but same last name as mine. I got suspicious right away when I asked what company she was calling from and who she was representing and she continued to ask me the same question: "is this mrs. ------?" she would not tell me what company she was calling from and when I asked to speak to a supervisor she hung up on me... SCAM big time.. Be careful peeps

THIS IS A PHISHING SCAM LOOKING FOR YOUR ACCOUNT NUMBERS AND PASSWORD. These people claim to be Citicards Collections and leave an 800 number to call back. When I call that number, no answer. But when I called back the number from my caller ID, I spoke to a woman who claimed to be with Citicards collections, handling accounts for Home Depot, Macys, Shell, etc. First thing she asked for was my account number. I said I had no accounts with any of those stores she then she asked for the phone number that they called me at. I gave them the number, then immediately they asked for my Citibank account password so that they can view my account. I REFUSED. They told me that unless I give them an account number and password, then they can't view my account to help me...that's odd. If they're the company and are from collections, then they have access to the account. THEY DIDN'T. I realized it's a scam. To ensure I don't fall for a phishing scam, I called all my credit card companies to ensure the calls I received were legitimate (I gave them all the phone numbers that showed up on my caller ID). IT'S NOT. It's a phishing company looking for your account number and password. All my accounts are up to date and I wondered why I've been getting harassing calls. I ensured there wasn't any activity other then last transactions I made and then I asked them to transfer me to the Security department. I changed the password on my account so that the woman I spoke to from the phishing scam doesn't give out unauthorized access to my account.

Like the other folks said. I have filed a complaint with the FCC "Do not Call" registry. Also tried to block the number on my Knology service... but that didn't work. Guess it's the Attorney Generals office in Kentucky I'll complain to next.

I get about 4-5 calls a day. have no idea who they are. won't say a word then hangs up.

Whoever has this number has been calling me repeatedly, daily. Every time I answer, there's nobody on the line. It's driving me crazy, I don't understand why this person wants to keep calling me all the time, 5 or 6 times a day, 8 AM to 11 PM.

I have received 27 hang-up calls in the last 9 days from this number. The ID is CITICARD, and I have contacted CitiBank. They said it is a real number for them. It's from some place in Kentucky. I don't even have an account with them.

I am on the no call list, and do not wish to get these calls anymore, so why and how can they keep calling...as early as 8 a.m. and as late as 10 p.m. seven days a week. I am not going to answer them so stop calling my number. How do I go about getting off their list.

Yes - they were calling multiple times every day - until I stopped answering the phone. It took a few days, but the calls have stopped.

I thought the operator said Citco card -- I asked if it was a gas card, she said yes. That my husband was a few months past due & was offering to work with him. My husband doesn't have gas cards. I feel awful that I verified last 4 digits of ss# & our city/state. She asked if we were on 14th St. No. She advised me it was the wrong individual.

This caller calls my number 7 or 8 times in a day and the one time I called they Id'd. themselves as Citi-Card which left me wondering as all the Citi-Cards I own have an 800 number to call them with. The person on the phone calledd about a payment that was 8 days late. He waived the fee, and post dated the check for 2 days so that I can get my paycheck in the account. Overall a very easy collections call. Nice and professional.

This company works for a collection agency- they will start calling by 815am and call up until 858pm and never leave messages or anything else. They use threats to make you pay if you are behind on something. if you answer the phone and if you are not the person they then demand to know where they are and that you are lying to them. These people call at hours of the day starting at 8am up until 9 at nite and also on weekends they do not speak unless u do and dont leave a message and then when you do get someone it is for old debts and if a current debt if more than 1 day past due they calling - mine is a current one that never recieved a bill on and that is week past due told them will pay in week when get paid but unless pay now they dont care- very rude-- also told me they sent out bill not their fault did not get it--I should know i owe it and pay - but since new account and bill had not got here did not know - very rude people

Citi Card keeps calling, up to 10 times a day on my cell phone. You get a pre-recorded message wanting you to wait for the next available representative. That's when I hang up. I'm sick of these calls. This is the 3rd telemarketer in 2 weeks that has started calling my cell number.
