Just called, it is said from Discover Card.

I just placed a Skype call to my home phone and it came back with this number, so some of those people may be using Skype to place calls.  I guess it makes sense for Skype to lower its call rates by contracting local call centers to place the calls.

Received a call from 859-963-3299 at my office. After the caller asked for me and was transferred to my desk they just kept asking if I was the person they asked for and then ***g up.  I tried calling the number back but it goes unanswered.

I called my home number (landline) from my Skype account. THIS WAS THE NUMBER THAT SHOWED UP FROM MY COMPUTER. My call was placed from a "skype out" account and showed up on my home caller ID when I called my family.I believe the previous poster is correct in stating this is a call center number of thousands of phone numbers routed through this local Lexington, Ky center encouraging prank callers, collectors, telemarketers, and computer geeks everywhere to mask their true iden***y.

the call about 10:19am but i was not at home and called it back and got no answer.

someone just called my child's phone and he couldn't understand her. When i tried to call it back, it just keeps ringing and ringing

claims to be an FBI international agent on drug abuse sales over seas,I refused to listen and told them to leave me alone, have reported several times to the att. general and tried to do call block,, nothing works

Got calls tonight.  I answered and could hear static.  The calls s****ed at 11:30pm.  The third time they called, I did not answer, and the caller did not leave a voicemail.  They haven't called back since.

These phone monkey ****s keep calling me.  They want to lower my interest rate.  (yeah right)  It's a SCAM folks.  I am now playing their game and giving them " B... S..." numbers and names until THEY **** up on ME.  It makes my day to mess with a punk on the phone.  What goes around comes around.

got a call no message researched it through the interenet and it comes back as a landline basedout of lex. ky registered to ats. ats is a call center that has about 4 locations w/ thousands of phone numbers and they do a variety of call services for a huge number of companies (friends work there)just my little fyi

I keep getting calls from this number, its s****s as a recording of a girl name Rachel, goes on about my credit cards that nothing is wrong but can help lower the interest rates on various credit card types press this number. I keep ****ing up as it is obviously a scam I already have low interest rates on my cards and only the card distributer can lower the rates. They have called my work number and my home number and we just moved to the area.

(859)963-3299 called me while I was asleep and didn't answer. They then kept calling back until I woke up and answered. I angrily and half asleep kept said "Hello" three times only to hear static and maybe breathing before I ***g up. They called back and the a***n I said "Hello" this time only to get nothing. I ***g up a***n and they called back 3 more times. They never left a voice mail and waited maybe a minute between each call attempt. It seemed like a prank call to me so I called back since the idiots had not blocked their phone number. I let the phone ring for 5 minutes with no answer before I ***g up and found this website and s****ed typing this. I think it is strange that everyone's story is so different but all from the same number. But I hope they don't ever call me a***n.

Got a call today from 859.963.3299 said it was an important call from my credit card company. I pressed 1 to talk to a representative and "Matthew" answered the phone. I told him we were on the no call list, and that unless he was a representative of my existing creditor perhaps he'd be interested in a service I offer that keeps s***bags out of prison who work for phone scam companies. To my dismay he ***g up before I could close the deal. A call back to the number goes unanswered.

Just received a call from this number.  I do not answer #s I don't know, they left no message.  They have called before, though.

Rec'd a call today from this number and the lady sounded of Asian descent.  I could barely understand her.  I asked how she got my number and she said from a marketing company.  She then asked me "you go shopping, right?"..  I said Of course I do, but that's irrelevant.  I don't care how/where/who you got this number from, remove it from your database.  Click..  Still have no clue who she was calling on behalf of, like I said, I couldn't understand a word she said.

a foreign sounding lady told me some state lottery had chosen me as a 2nd place winner.

A ma****e called me from this number offering me a vacation deal.  When I talked to the human operator, I was told the company is Vacation Prospects.  I reported this to the Kentucky Attorney General
