Missed a call from this number, when I returned the call it was answered with an automated message recording that said the "survey I was called for was now closed." There was an opt out of future calls option.

Call and ***g-up.  I returned call no one answer.

This same number has called me 3 days in a row now about 2-3 each day.  I've answered twice now, and they just **** up.  I've tried calling them back and get a quick busy tone.  If I was able to actually speak to a person, they would get an ear full.
