I can only imagine this is a fraudulent debt collector posing as someone they aren’t since there are no identifying names****ociated with this. A proper business would not hide their name.

Not SCAMMED by these CRIMINALS! Multiple empty caller ID and no messages left in voice mail calls. These calls with 869-997-**** are s****ed VOIP numbers from "The Feed Foundation" located in Williamstown, Kentucky. If you answer, after a period of silence, the caller will s**** into a SCAM story trying to get you to send money via your credit card number.
