Number was identified as "Hartford". Number called is both a business number AND on the Do Not Call list.
No indication whatsoever who they are. Most certainly spam.
I've received two calls from this number just today… and probably about 30 total, over the past few months? When I pick up the phone, there is NEVER anyone on the line. Sometimes the connections closes as soon as I pick up; sometimes if I stay on the line asking "Who's there? … Is anyone there?…" the connection will persist for > 30 seconds, but NEVER with any response. And yes, I'm on the Do Not Call list already. I have no idea what the purpose motivating this harassment is, because I sure can't see how they can make money off of it! thanks… - bonzie anne
No one is there when you answer. Call them back and they ask you to be put on the do not call list. Which does no good.
